The Thomas More Dining Center offers a wide variety of fresh food that tastes great on an ala carte basis. We feature a delicious menu of dining options that will make your academic experience even more enjoyable. We are sure you’ll find whatever you’ve got a taste for!

  • Theme Cuisine - Tempting international cuisine with each dish created to your specific tastes such as Hot Wok Stir-Fry, Hot Sizzling Salads, Tossed Pasta Perfections, Flaming Steak and Chicken Fajitas, and an all time student favorite Macaroni and Cheese with Chicken Tenders, just to name a few.
  • Chef’s Feature - Wholesome meals based on traditional items such as meatloaf, roasted chicken, creamy macaroni and cheese, brisket, pork chops and all the accompaniments become extra special in the hands of on-site chefs
  • Selona Grill - Serves up delicious burgers, grilled sandwiches, crispy french fries and freshly baked pizzas highlighting not only your everyday favorites such as Cheese and Pepperoni but also featuring a daily specialty pizza sure to temp your appetite!
  • Copper Pot - A variety of savory homemade soups, served steaming hot! Look for our special “Soup in a Bread bowl” demo bar. In cooler weather months be sure to stop by for a hearty bowl of homemade chili.
  • Simply To Go - The ultimate take-out program featuring an assortment of pre-packaged salads and sandwiches, as well as Fresh Fruit Cups, Delicious Yogurt Blendables and Sweet Treats such as Banana Pudding Cups, Strawberry Shortcake Cups and a Rockhurst favorite Worms in Dirt (chocolate pudding with gummy worms and oreo pieces) made fresh throughout the day.

  • Beverages - A hit with diners looking for a wide selection of hot and cold beverages ranging from soft drinks to juices and milk. For all the Coffee Lover's stop by for a French Vanilla or Mocha Cappuccino from our new espresso machine readily available day or night! Also, enjoy a steaming hot cup of Roasterie coffee proudly served exclusively in the Thomas More Dining Room!
  • Finishing Touches - Great way to end a meal, compliment that cup of hot coffee, or simply satisfy the sweet tooth. Fresh baked goods, specialty pies and cakes!

Our Daily Grind Coffee Shop is the perfect way to start and end your day! Our specialties include authentic cappuccino, latte, espresso, flavored coffees and delicious fruit smoothies. We also offer a variety of quick grab and go snacks, as well as a selection of convenience store items. It’s a great place to study or just relax!

A local favorite! Hot, toasted sub sandwiches, made-to- order deli sandwiches—these are just a few of the favorite menu items that you will find at Planet Sub!

Planet Sub now offers online ordering. Just let us know your menu selection and quantity, name, pick up time and Rockhurst ID number for paying with your meal plan or points and we will have your order ready for pick up when you arrive.

The Pub ensures high quality products, exceptional customer service, and QUICK service. With combo meals prominently featured, it’s easy to order and a great value!

We offer all the great tasting and popular grill menu items! Cheeseburgers, chicken tenders, and grilled chicken breast sandwiches are the base for our popular combo meals. We also offer wraps and salads for someone looking for a lighter fare.

Don’t forget to finish off your meal with one of Jane’s “Delicious Ice Cream Twisters!”

In a rush? Ask for it “to go;” all of our menu items can be wrapped up to take with you!!
