Meal
Cards
Have we got a plan for you! We are pleased to offer a
declining balance program. It’s designed for all
purchases to be made on an a la carte basis. Declining
balance points may be used for a la carte menu selections
in the Thomas Moore Dining Center, The Pub, The Daily
Grind, or Planet Sub.
All commuter students, faculty,
and staff may open a declining balance account with the
Business office in Massman Hall. Student balances from
the fall semester will be carried over to the spring
semester; however, balances remaining at the end of an
academic year will be forfeited.
When you open a declining
balance account, you can not only enjoy the convenience
of not carrying cash on campus and always searching for
change, but you can actually SAVE money. That’s right!
You save over 9% in sales tax when you use a declining
balance account for your dining service purchases. So,
sign up for a declining balance and start saving today!
You must present your ID card to the cashier at all facilities
for each purchase with your declining balance account.
In the event your ID card is lost, report it immediately
to the Dining Service office so your account can be suspended.
You are financially responsible for any money used on your
account prior to contacting the dining services office.
You also need to make arrangements to have a new Rockhurst
ID card issued.
